Could our two time defending champions be back on track. Are Multiple Scoregasms getting hot just in time to save their season. If this week is any indication, maybe. They earn Team of the Week with a 129-82 victory over Dans Destroyers. Jordon Love was the Player of the Week with 25. Joe Mixon and Chris Godwin added 25 and 24 respectively. Its only the second win of the season for Scoregasms, but in a tightly packed league, keeps them in the playoff race.

The best game of the week was a real nail biter (do Ducks have nails? I don’t think so) that saw the Oky Ducks get a 106.5-106.2 win over division rival Cincinnati Brown. What a tough loss for Brown, who is putting together their best season in three years. Justin Fields outplayed Kirk Cousins, and that was the difference in the game. The Ducks take first in the Paul Brown division, while Brown drops to second.

Another good game this week was in the Lombardi division. The Warriors got a narrow 100-99 win over iGotBoom. It was an important win for the Warriors, who draw even with Boom in the Lombardi division. A loss would have set them two games back. Lamar Jackson was the game MVP for Boom, as the Warriors had no one reach twenty points. It was the Warriors fourth win in a row.

Another team like Scoregasms who desperately needed a good week was the Scammers. The Scammers scored a 127-106 over the Flippin Birds. These teams are both 3-3 now, but at opposite ends of the points standings, where the Flippin Birds remain the top scoring team in the league.

The Milford Marauders are in first place in the Halas division after a 103-97 win over the Great Dismal Swamp Monsters. Josh Allen had 28 on Monday night to secure the victory. The Marauders have a full game lead over the Flippin Birds, their main rival.

In a game featuring two teams battling near the playoff cut line, the Renegades beat the Kentucky Moondogs 85-75. It was a low scoring game, but one that a team on the bubble needs to win for the Renegades. For the Moondogs, they slip to 1-5 and the road to the playoffs starts getting very difficult.

SURVIVOR
Somehow getting kicked off survivor island and sinking ships just seem to go together. Or at least they do this week. We say so long to Dans Destroyers, the lowest scoring team of those remaining on Survivor Island.

SURVIVOR
I hate it when I have to pick between mediocre games for a game of the week. No such problem this week. Cincinnati Brown make the short trip to Milford to play the Milford Marauders.

The Marauders enter this game 4-2, in sole possession of first place in the Halas division. They are fifth in points scored, down the list a bit for a team with the best record.

Cincinnati Brown is 3-3 and in second place in the Brown division. Coming off a tough loss, they are still a top four scoring team. And if they can pull even with the Ducks, they have the tie breaker right now.

The Marauders have Josh Allen at QB. He is pretty reliable and capable of a big game. So too is running back Alvin Karara. Brown had Kirk Cousins, Anthony Richardson and Aaron Rodgers to choose from. He’ll be looking at matchups for the best option at QB.

This will be the only meeting in the regular season for these two, but don’t be surprised if they meet in the playoffs.
